You could die, right now.
This very moment could be your last. If not this one, it could be the next, or the one right after.
Your heart could give out, or a truck could come careering through your front wall, or a massive stroke might take hold. And when it does, will any of this matter?
Will it matter that she didn’t call?
Will it matter what they think?
Will it matter how much money you have, or how many women you’ve slept with?
Will any of the bullshit we see as so important have any real impact?
As you lie there, your last breaths easing from your physical incarnation, how will you feel?
Will you feel fulfilled and satisfied that you gave your deepest gift right until your last moment? Or will you feel hollow and empty, yearning for just one more day?
Just one more day to do all the things you’ve been putting off till tomorrow or next week. Just one more day to complete that important task you’ve been putting off.
Just one more day to talk to that beautiful girl at the bakery. That one you’ve had a crush on for years but never told her.
Just one more day to tell your family and friends how much you love them. Just one more day to give your deepest gift to the world so you can die complete.
How would you feel if you were given that day? How would you spend it? What would you do?
Well, what if that ‘one more day’ was today? What if you were going to die tomorrow and you didn’t even know it? What if this was your last chance to do all the things you’d ever wanted to do so you could die complete?
That blood clot could be forming in your brain right now, that truck’s brakes could be failing as we speak.
You can choose whether you sit there and let your last moments be filled with wishes and empty dreams. Or you can choose to fill it with open love. You can choose whether you die empty or die full.
No one else can make the decision for you.
No one else can take your hand and force it into action.
You are the only one who can take charge.
You are the only one who can live every moment like it was your last so that you can die complete.
Your choice.
Now.
Thank you Dieda.
