i realize that what i have to work on is putting myself out there and not worrying about being vulnerable ..because thats the one main thing that gets to me is being vulnerable..i feel like im giving myself away ..a self that i wont get back...im starting to see in order to get more females in my life i have to not be afraid to put myself out there ...also having to deal with the ego an learning to see people for what they are soo i ask of all u experienced on this message board


What is the best way to learn to put myself out there and learn to become more vulnerable at the same time?

B:How do i learn to stop putting females on pedestals and learn to appraoch and see them for what they really are..how do i learn to not be disenfranchised by a females looks to just being present to whats really going on when appraoching a female ????????
